ARM LIFT
Excess skin in the upper arm is often present after weight loss. It can also be present, especially in the upper arm as a result of aging and loss of skin elasticity. This does not usually respond to exercise and can be a source of significant embarrassment.
This excess skin can be removed surgically. The operation is performed under general anaesthetic through a longitudinal incision. The scar is hidden in the arm on the inside so that sleeveless tops can be worn.
